How long will it take my skin to clear?

Improvement in the skins appearance is usually noticeable within the first 2 weeks. Most clients see full clearing in 6 to 12 weeks when all advice is reasonably implemented.

Do I have to use Trottier products?

That depends on your skin type and the underlying factors leading to your skin's condition. For those on the sensitive side or with underlying disease contributing to their skin problems, use of the products recommended during your consultation is HIGHLY recommended. Clients with skin problems on the milder side can usually get away with using their existing regimen so long as there are not any ingredients contributing to the problem. 

Why do you have those warning labels on the Mask?

Sulfur is an essential component of all living cells. It is the seventh or eighth most abundant element in the human body by weight. A small amount of product getting in the corner of your mouth is not a concern. But ingesting too much sulfur is deadly. The vast majority of elemental sulfur containing products on the market are 5-10% in strength. Brimstone and B is around 40% elemental sulfur. Making it a much bigger hazard if a child or pet was to ingest any amount. The safety warning on the Principle Display Panel is a labeling requirement set forth by the FDA. Though the safety of each individual ingredient has been established. The formulation itself is considered a new and distinct product requiring its own toxicology assessment. We hope to afford this in the next few years.           

Where do your products come from?

In general our products come from one of two places, a compounding pharmacy not far from my home in middle Tennessee and a cosmetics wholesaler and laboratory in Portland, Oregon. Both are FDA approved bottling facilities. Most of the products are custom formulations you will only find from Trottier. A few are existing formulas that I have further refined for the unique needs of my clients. And a very small number of them are quality private label.   

When will I receive my order?

If in stock you will receive your items in less than a week. Out of stock not more than two. We hope to be on Amazon within the next year and take advantage of their logistics perks including two day shipping through Prime. 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our services we do not offer refunds. Product refunds will be decided on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of management.
